1 pound ground chicken

1 cup fresh spinach, chopped

1/2 cup white cheddar cheese, grated

1/4 cup breadcrumbs

1/4 cup finely chopped onion

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon olive oil (for cooking)

Burger buns

Optional toppings: avocado slices, lettuce, tomato, and extra cheese

Instructions
 

Prepare the Mixture:

    - In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, chopped spinach, grated white cheddar, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
