1 lb (450g) flank steak, sliced thinly against the grain

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 large onion, sliced

1 red bell pepper, sliced

1 green bell pepper, sliced

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 inch fresh ginger, minced

3 tablespoons soy sauce

2 tablespoons oyster sauce

1 tablespoon cornstarch

1 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon salt (or to taste)

1 tablespoon sesame oil

Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Green onions, sliced (for garnish)

Marinate the Steak: In a bowl, combine the sliced flank steak with the soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and black pepper. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes to enhance the flavors.

    Prepare the Vegetables: While the steak marinates, slice the onions and bell peppers. Mince the garlic and ginger.

      Heat the Pan: In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over high heat until shimmering.
