Ingredients

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 tablespoon baking powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon granulated sugar

1 large egg

1 cup milk (whole or buttermilk for extra richness)

2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

1/2 cup mini marshmallows

1/2 cup chocolate chips

1/4 cup crushed graham crackers (plus extra for topping)

Whipped cream (for serving)

Optional: chocolate syrup for drizzling

Instructions

Preheat the Waffle Iron: Start by preheating your waffle iron according to the manufacturer's instructions.

Mix Dry Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar until well combined; set aside.

Combine Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, beat the egg and then add the milk and melted butter. Mix until smooth.

Combine Wet and Dry Mixtures: Slowly pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture, stirring gently until just combined. Be careful not to overmix; a few lumps are okay.

Fold in S'mores Ingredients: Gently fold in the mini marshmallows, chocolate chips, and crushed graham crackers into the batter.

Cook the Waffles: Spray your preheated waffle iron with non-stick cooking spray. Pour the batter into the waffle iron (amount depends on the size of your waffle maker). Close and cook until golden brown, following the waffle maker's instructions (usually about 3-5 minutes).

Serve: Carefully remove the waffles and stack them on a plate. Top with whipped cream, extra crushed graham crackers, and drizzle with chocolate syrup if desired.

Enjoy: Serve fresh and warm, ideally with a side of hot cocoa or coffee for an extra indulgent breakfast treat!
