Ingredients

1 lb fresh salmon, skinless and boneless, cut into bite-sized cubes

1/4 cup honey

2 tablespoons sriracha sauce (or adjust to taste)

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions

Marinate the Salmon: In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together honey, sriracha, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Add the salmon cubes and gently toss to combine. Let marinate for at least 15-20 minutes in the refrigerator.

Preheat the Grill/Pan: If grilling, preheat the grill to medium-high heat. If using a pan, heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat with a drizzle of olive oil.

Cook the Salmon: Once the grill or skillet is hot, remove the salmon from the marinade and arrange the cubes in a single layer. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until the salmon is cooked through and has a nice caramelized glaze.

Serve: Transfer the hot honey salmon bites to a serving platter. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges for squeezing over the top.

Enjoy: These bites can be served as an appetizer or over a bed of rice for a delicious main dish.
