Ingredients

1 lb salmon fillet, skinless and boneless

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 cup honey

1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust to taste)

Juice of 1/2 lime

Chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions

Prepare the Salmon: Cut the salmon fillet into bite-sized cubes, about 1-inch pieces. Pat the pieces dry with a paper towel to ensure they crisp up nicely when cooked.

Season the Salmon: In a large bowl, toss the salmon cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.

Make the Hot Honey Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, sriracha, and lime juice until well combined. Taste and adjust the sriracha to your desired spice level.

Sear the Salmon: Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned salmon cubes, cooking for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the salmon is golden brown and cooked to your liking. Be cautious not to overcrowd the pan; cook in batches if necessary.

Add the Hot Honey: Once the salmon bites are cooked, lower the heat to medium and pour the hot honey sauce over the salmon. Gently toss the bites to coat in the sauce, cooking for another minute until everything is heated through.

Serve: Transfer the hot honey salmon bites to a serving platter. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side for an extra zesty touch.
