4 large flour tortillas

1 cup shredded lettuce

1 cup sliced pickles

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup diced onions

For the Special Sauce:

1/2 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons French dressing

1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish

1 teaspoon white vinegar

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/4 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Prepare the Special Sauce:

    - In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, French dressing, sweet pickle relish, white vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

      - Mix thoroughly until well combined. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.

        Cook the Beef:

          - In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula as it cooks.

            - Season with salt and pepper to taste. Drain any excess fat and set aside.

              Warm the Tortillas:

                - In another dry skillet over low heat, warm the flour tortillas just until pliable, about 30 seconds per side.

                  Assemble the Wraps:

                    - Lay a warmed tortilla flat on a clean surface.

                      - Spread a generous tablespoon of the special sauce on the tortilla.

                        - Add a portion of the cooked ground beef in the center, followed by shredded lettuce, diced onions, pickles, and shredded cheddar cheese.

                          Wrap It Up:

                            - Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll it up from the bottom to the top, ensuring it’s tightly wrapped. Repeat for the remaining tortillas and filling.

                              Serve:

                                - Slice each wrap in half diagonally and serve with extra special sauce on the side for dipping.
