Garlic Butter chicken Bites

Ingredients
  

1 lb (450g) chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces

4 tbsp unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp smoked paprika

1 tsp dried oregano

½ tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Juice of ½ lemon

Optional: red pepper flakes for heat

Instructions
 

Marinate the Chicken: In a large bowl, combine the chicken pieces, smoked paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper. Toss until the chicken is evenly coated. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.

    Prepare the Garlic Butter: In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté it for about 1 minute until fragrant but not browned.

      Cook the Chicken: Increase the heat to medium-high. Add the marinated chicken to the skillet, making sure not to overcrowd the pan. Cook the chicken for 5-7 minutes or until golden brown on all sides and cooked through. You may need to do this in batches.

        Add Remaining Butter: Once all chicken pieces are cooked, return everything to the skillet (if you cooked in batches). Add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter and lemon juice. Toss well to coat the chicken in the garlic butter sauce.

          Finish and Garnish: Remove from heat and sprinkle freshly chopped parsley over the chicken bites. If you like a bit of spice, add red pepper flakes to taste.

            Serve: Transfer the garlic butter chicken bites to a serving plate and enjoy warm, either as an appetizer or with your favorite sides.
