1 lb ground chicken

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1-inch piece ginger, grated

1 red bell pepper, diced

1 cup snap peas, trimmed

3 green onions, sliced

1/4 cup soy sauce

2 tablespoons sriracha (adjust for spice level)

1 tablespoon honey

1 tablespoon rice vinegar

2 cups cooked jasmine rice

Sesame seeds and additional green onions for garnish

Instructions
 

Prepare the Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, sriracha, honey, and rice vinegar. Set aside.

    Cook the Chicken: In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the ground chicken and cook for about 5-7 minutes, breaking it up with a spatula until it’s browned and cooked through.

      Add Aromatics: Add the minced garlic and grated ginger to the skillet. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
