Ingredients

For the Ramen:

2 packets of fresh ramen noodles

2 cups chicken broth

1 teaspoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust for spice preference)

1 tablespoon sesame oil

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

2 chicken breasts, thinly sliced

1 red bell pepper, sliced

1 cup snap peas

2 green onions, chopped

1 boiled egg (optional, for garnish)

For the Creamy Garlic Sauce:

1/2 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons soy sauce

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon sriracha (for heat)

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Prepare the Creamy Garlic Sauce: In a mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, soy sauce, minced garlic, lemon juice, and sriracha until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.

Cook the Chicken: In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced chicken breasts and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from the skillet and keep warm.

Sauté the Vegetables: In the same skillet, add sesame oil. Sauté the red bell pepper and snap peas for about 3-4 minutes until they are crisp-tender.

Prepare the Broth: In a separate pot, combine chicken broth, soy sauce, and sriracha. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.

Cook the Ramen Noodles: Add the ramen noodles to the simmering broth and cook according to package instructions, usually 3-4 minutes. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.

Assemble the Bowls: Divide the cooked ramen noodles into bowls. Add the sautéed vegetables and chicken on top of the noodles. Pour the broth over the noodles.

Garnish and Serve: Drizzle the creamy garlic sauce over the ramen. Top with chopped green onions and add a boiled egg if desired. Enjoy your fiery chicken ramen!
