Crispy Hot Honey Feta Chicken

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

2 large eggs

1 cup breadcrumbs (preferably panko for extra crunch)

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 cup feta cheese, crumbled

½ cup honey

1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust for heat preference)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Start by preheating your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Prepare the Chicken: In a shallow bowl, mix together the flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Set aside. In another bowl, beat the eggs until well combined. In a third bowl, place the breadcrumbs.

      Coat the Chicken: Take each chicken breast and first dredge it in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess. Next, dip it into the beaten eggs, allowing the excess to drip, then coat it with the breadcrumbs, pressing lightly to adhere.

        Bake the Chicken: Place the coated chicken breasts on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is golden brown, cooked through, and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).

          Make the Hot Honey Sauce: While the chicken is baking, combine honey and red pepper flakes in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir until just warmed and ingredients are well mixed. Remove from heat.
