1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

2 cups cooked brown rice or quinoa

1 cup mixed greens (spinach, arugula, or spring mix)

½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved

½ avocado, sliced

¼ cup corn kernels (canned or fresh)

¼ cup black beans, rinsed and drained

¼ cup shredded cheese (cheddar, queso fresco, or pepper jack)

¼ cup salsa or pico de gallo

Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Lime wedges (for serving)

Instructions
