Chicken Caesar Wrap

2 grilled chicken breasts, sliced

4 large whole wheat tortillas

2 cups Romaine lettuce, chopped

1/2 cup Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade)

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup croutons, crushed (optional for added crunch)

Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

1 tablespoon olive oil (for grilling)

Optional: lemon wedges, for garnish

Instructions
 

Begin by preheating your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.

    Season the chicken breasts with a drizzle of olive oil and freshly ground black pepper. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and no longer pink in the center. Once cooked, let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing.

      In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped Romaine lettuce with Caesar dressing. Toss until the lettuce is well coated.

        Lay a whole wheat tortilla flat on a clean surface. On one half of the tortilla, arrange a portion of the Caesar salad mixture, then add sliced grilled chicken on top, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese, and crushed croutons, if using.

          Carefully fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top to form a wrap. Repeat this process for the remaining tortillas.

            If desired, return the wraps to the grill for 2-3 minutes on each side to give them a warm, toasty finish.

              Slice in half, serve with lemon wedges on the side, and enjoy your delicious Chicken Caesar Wraps!
