Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup cream cheese, softened

4 large flour tortillas or wraps

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 cup green onions, chopped

1/2 cup spinach, chopped (optional)

1 tsp paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Olive oil or butter for cooking

Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, minced garlic, green onions, spinach (if using), paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.

Lay one tortilla or wrap on a clean surface. Spoon a generous amount of the cheesy chicken mixture onto the center of the tortilla, leaving about an inch of space around the edges.

Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll the bottom up over the filling and continue rolling tightly until the wrap is secure. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.

Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add a little olive oil or butter to the skillet.

Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crunchy.

Remove from the skillet, let cool for a minute, and then slice in half. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce or enjoy as is!
