Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded (preferably rotisserie)

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup fresh spinach leaves

1/2 cup diced tomatoes

1/4 cup chopped green onions

Olive oil, for frying

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, minced garlic, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.

Lay one tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread a generous amount of the cheesy chicken mixture in the center of the tortilla.

Top the mixture with a handful of fresh spinach leaves, diced tomatoes, and chopped green onions.

Carefully fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it up from the bottom to the top, encasing the filling.

Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a drizzle of olive oil. Once hot, place the wrap seam-side down onto the skillet.

Cook for 3-4 minutes, or until the bottom is golden and crispy. Carefully flip the wrap and cook for another 3-4 minutes to achieve a crispy texture on the other side.

Remove from the skillet and let it cool for a minute before slicing in half.

Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce, such as ranch or marinara.
