With just six ingredients, this recipe is simple and quick, taking only 35 minutes from start to finish. Dust with powdered sugar, add a squeeze of fresh lemon juice, and serve with your favorite fruits for a delicious treat!

Ingredients

6 large eggs

1 cup milk (preferably whole)

1 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

Powdered sugar (for dusting)

Fresh lemon juice (for serving)

Fresh fruit (such as berries or sliced bananas)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Place a 9x13 inch baking dish or a cast-iron skillet in the oven to heat up.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, flour, salt, and vanilla extract until smooth and homogenous. Make sure there are no lumps.

Once the oven is preheated and the baking dish is hot, carefully take it out and add the butter to the dish. Swirl it around to melt and coat the bottom evenly.

Pour the batter into the hot baking dish over the melted butter. Be cautious as the dish will be hot.

Return the baking dish to the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the pancake has puffed up and is golden brown on the edges.

Once done, remove from the oven. The pancake will deflate slightly as it cools.

Dust with powdered sugar and drizzle with fresh lemon juice. Serve with fresh fruit on the side.
